Transport Focus held a briefing and discussion session on Tuesday 20 July to support Local Transport Authorities (LTAs) develop their Bus Service Improvement Plans (BSIPs).

In this session we talked through our guidance document Passenger representation on Bus Service Improvement Plans and heard from LTAs about their experiences and challenges.

This was the first in a series of sessions. Further sessions will be held on setting targets in BSIPs (August) and Passenger Charters (September).
