Bus User Survey – edition 18

The Bus User Survey asks passengers in Great Britain about experiences of travelling by bus and how satisfied they were with their most recent journey.

Those who used a bus are asked about their overall satisfaction with the journey and with aspects such as value for money, punctuality, cleanliness.

The Bus User Survey has been running since September 2021, tracking satisfaction as post-pandemic recovery began and passengers returned to travel. It’s now time for us to switch off this online survey as we have developed and launched a new survey of bus users called Your Bus Journey.

This final edition of the Bus User Survey covers what we have learnt over the last two years and more about the new survey that will take its place.
